WW2
I've been reading a decent amount about WW2 lately on the web.
Did you know that WW2 killed about 14% of the population of Greece? I didn't.
Also that millions of Indians were killed?
These things are just not part of the history that is taught by U.S. schools.

I've been doing deep dives into Afghanistan history, and the FATA regions of NW Pakistan. Decades of constant wars and war-lord-anarchy there as well, with most vertebrate leaders, intellectuals, and merchant classes eradicated, generation after generation.
War sucks.
