Growing Grass from Seed

It is a bit harder than you think.

I didn't really realize that much of a trees reproductive strategy involves killing all other plants under its canopy by blanketing the ground during much of the year with seeds or leaves. Both of these kill grass.

Birds like to eat small seeds. They eat grass seeds.

During dry seasons, you will need to water it at least 2X a day, otherwise it will die.

Once it is about 1 year old, it gets much easier.
