Moving forward in an Agent model

I counted up the functions in R necessary to get the model working. Remarkably, the total is 23. While some of these are longer functions, I was surprised that there were so few.

I am trying to figure out how to post the functions in an easy manner. Of course, they will not make much sense unless I explain them. Also, I am going to attempt to make an R package out of these functions.
